Michael started buubug.com to address pain points he experienced when he was a Chief of his daughter's Y-Princess tribe. He has extensive experience launching and developing internet properties in the automotive and financial web space, and decided to launch a website that not only addressed his initial Y-Princess experience, but also provided a forum to share his and his wife's interests: crafts, afterschool programs, and cooking. Michael lives in Laguna Niguel, California with his wife and two children. He loves sailing, kayaking, and cooking.

Michael Conrad is a Six Sigma Black Belt leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, product marketing, project management, and business improvement across a full spectrum of corporate stages, ranging from start-up to full operation. Having spent the last 8 years in the financial services industry with companies such as LendingTree and Intuit, Michael developed online/offline marketing programs and business channels to grow corporate profitability. He led enterprise-wide initiatives driving operational improvements through all areas of LendingTree's organization. Michael has a MBA in Marketing & Finance from USC and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
