We host an annual surprise PJ Bowling party which ends up being one of the favorite events of the year for all the kids.  It includes breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, OJ, and coffee), shoe rentals, and bowling for about 2 hours.

Surprise your son or daughter by waking them up early in the morning and taking them to breakfast and bowling in their pajamas.  Make sure to call in advance to plan the event; they'll provide meal tickets and shoe rentals.
