Ginger Dipping Sauce Recipe

If you're looking for a good dipping sauce for cooked chicken or beef, this ginger dipping sauce will definitely fit the bill.  This is great for when you're fondueing meats.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce (lite sodium)
  • 3 ½ T Rice Vinegar
  • 2 T Water
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1½ T Fresh Ginger (minced)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved.  Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
