Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce (lite sodium)
- 3 ½ T Rice Vinegar
- 2 T Water
- 1 T Sugar
- 1½ T Fresh Ginger (minced)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
