Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Fresh Finely Grated Horseradish
- 1T Dijon Mustard
- 1t White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2t Kosher Salt
- 1/4t Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Place in the refrigerator overnight to chill and let the flavors infuse. This can be stored in the refrigerator for ~2 weeks.
