Horseradish Sauce Recipe

This horseradish sauce (fondly referred to as "horsey sauce") is the perfect accompaniment to prime rib, roast beef sandwich, and any other meat dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Finely Grated Horseradish
  • 1T Dijon Mustard
  • 1t White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2t Kosher Salt
  • 1/4t Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the mixture is creamy and smooth.  Place in the refrigerator overnight to chill and let the flavors infuse.  This can be stored in the refrigerator for ~2 weeks.

This goes nicely with the Herb Crusted Prime Rib Recipe.
