This is one of the easiest Salmon recipes I've come across.  This dish is nicely accented by the pesto.

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. Salmon Fillet
  
• 1/4 Cup Pesto Sauce (Pre-made, or you can refer to our Pesto Sauce Recipe)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.  Liberally coat the salmon with the pesto sauce.  Place on a baking tray, and into the oven for 12-15 minutes (depending on thickness).

Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving
